GGCC Christmas Social Ride - Last official GGCC Road Ride of 2016

Ho Ho Ho.........with Christmas only a week away......its time to break out the Santa Hats and Tinsel!! Its time for our Xmas social ride so go crazy with the Xmas decorations and get yourself and your bike dressed up nd decorated for Xmas. We have had mini Xmas trees on panniers, flashing frames, baubles, tinsel and santa hats and outfits so lets see what craziness turns up this year!

Its the last official ride of 2016 before our Xmas break when we come back for the first ride of 2017 on Sunday 8th January so come along, get involved and have some fun!

Please meet under the McLennan Arch on the green for 8:30am sharp start.

We plan to head west to Balloch where we will invade McDonalds like a troop of little elves!!

We will head along South Street, along Dumbarton Road, to Clydebank, Old Kilpatrick, Bowling, Milton, Alexandria and then Balloch before returning the same way.

Sunday is a social ride for fun so no paced groups and a good chance to round off the year with some banter and fun.

We will go through some basic safety, first aid and basic bike maintenance before we set off so that everyone stays safe and knows exactly what’s happening on the ride - make sure your baubles aren't hanging too low!?!?

For those of you who are first aid trained and have been issued first aid pack, can you please bring these along on Sunday (and each run you attend)

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE ROUTE PRIOR TO SUNDAYS RIDE.
