GGCC are all set to SPIN!!
We have arranged the use of Greens Health & Fitness in Giffnock and have set up a block booking so we can substitute Wednesday night club runs for organinsed spin sessions every other week.
The spin sessions will start on the 9th November 2011 and run over the winter months.
These sessions will allow the club members to get together on a Wednesday and make the most of an hour spin session which will get us off the roads in the evening as the weather gets more severe over the festive period. The Sunday club runs will continue as normal, as will the wednesday club runs when we are not spinning!
The spin classes will look to incorporate a number of different programmes and we will make sure that the session is set up so that everyone gets the maximum benefit from these sessions.
