As the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games are officially launched today, We are delighted to say that a number of GGCC members took part in the filming of the official TV advert.
Earlier in September five female members of the club took part in the filming of the new TV advert which will be part of the official Commonwealth Games TV campaign.
On the day of filming the girls were asked to ride along a street in the West End of Glasgow. Part of the scene they were filming was to set up Martin Compston for his piece to Camera.
In preparation for the days filming, GGCC were supplied with two new 2013 Specialized bikes. These were loaned to the club by Dales Cycles in Glasgow. The girls were delighted to have these new bikes to use on the day and commented on how great the new bikes looked. Thanks to the team @
