SUNDAY CLUB RUN UPDATE!!! NEW ROUTE!!!
Hi everyone,
We have decided to change the club run for tomorrow morning. Due to the freezing conditions the run will be reduced and will head west towards Dumbarton.
We are still meeting at the same time and place on Glasgow Green @ 8:30.
The coffee stop will be after 15 miles then we will head back into town.
Please look at the attached route. Really straight forward 30 mile run. Flat, straight on main roads.

Tomorrow we will stick together and treat it as a steady run to keep everyone as safe as possible.
The conditions are to be really cold and we do plan to head out though it will be a run which fits the weather. As always, only head out if you feel comfortable to do so.
If you are coming along tomorrow make sure you are prepared. Reduce the pressure in your tyres by 10-15 PSI. This will give you a greater contact patch with the road. Wrap up warm with several layers. If you have a buff etc then use this as it helps to reduce the impact of breathing the cold air.
