This Sunday we will head north and head towards Kirkintilloch then on towards Crow Road and then coffee at Strathblane before heading back to town via Milngavie.

Please meet under the McLennan Arch on the green for a 8:30am sharp start and remember your £2 for the coffee stop.
We will go through some basic safety tips, group riding etiquette and first aid before we set off so that everyone stays safe and knows exactly whats happening on the ride.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE ROUTE PRIOR TO SUNDAYS RIDE.

Weather is to be wet with a 60% chance or rain and around 7 degrees.

We will split into STEADY, CHALLENGE and possibly RACE PACE but remember this is the time for good solid steady miles and not ripping it. We will split the groups depending on the number of members on the ride and demand.

Everyone will take the same route so if you choose the wrong group or get dropped from Challenge, there will always be a group coming up that you can join.

An idea of the pace each group should ride @ are -
Steady IS steady at about 14 -16mph
Challenge should stretch you at around 18mph - 20mph
Race Pace will be around 20mph - 24mph

Pick you group carefully and remember that steady is the only group that holds back and does not drop anyone.

**Please remember tubes, pump, levers, multitool and also please ensure your bike is in good working order, oiled, lubed, maintained and clean**

See you all Sunday.
