Its the East Kilbride Roundabout Rodeo, so Greenlees Road as the warm up and then onto East Kilbride. We will the work on some group rotation and chain-gang up and down The Queensway before heading back via Castlemilk.

Meet at 6.45pm for a 7pm sharp start at the McDonalds at the end of London Road near the junction of the M74.

We will go through some basic safety tips and group riding etiquette before we set off so that everyone stays safe and knows exactly whats happening on the ride.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE ROUTE PRIOR TO WEDNESDAYS RIDE.

Weather is forecast to be dry, light breeze but cold at about 2 degrees.

We will split into STEADY, CHALLENGE and RACE PACE at defined and agreed points along the route.

Steady is steady and usually sit between 12 - 14mph.
Challenge should push your ability and sits about 18mph.
Race Pace is as it says, fast and hard paced in the high 20's mph.

PLEASE pick you group carefully and remember that steady is the only group that holds back and does not drop anyone.

**Please remember tubes, pump, levers, multitool and also please ensure your bike is in good working order, oiled, lubed, maintained **
**Also please ensure you have good lights as teh nights are still dark**

We look forward to seeing you all Sunday.
