Please bring along £2 - £3 for sign on that will also cover your coffee at the presentation.
Please check the route and also please look at the programme for the event so you know the format of the day.

Please meet under the McLennan Arch on the green for a 8:30am sharp start.
We will go through some basic safety, group riding etiquette and group riding technique, first aid and basic bike maintenance before we set off so that everyone stays safe and knows exactly what’s happening on the ride. Group leaders will be identified before we set off and we will be riding in groups of no bigger than 8.
For those of you who are first aid trained and have been issued first aid pack, can you please bring these along on Sunday (and each run you attend)
Weather is to be around 8 - 10 degrees, overcast but only a 20% chance of rain with a 13mph NE wind.
We 'might' split into STEADY, CHALLENGE and RACE pace for the return from Strathblane but we will all ride out in groups based on size AND NOT pace to the start of the hill climb.
Everyone will take the same route so if you choose the wrong group or get dropped from the Race or Challenge groups, there will always be a group coming up that you can join. REMEMBER for winter we have the '2 strikes and your out ' rule to promote 'team' tactics.
An idea of the pace each group should ride @ are -
Steady IS steady at about 14 -16mph
Challenge should stretch you at around 18mph - 20mph
Race Pace is 20+mph
Pick you group carefully and remember that steady is the only group that holds back and does not drop anyone.
**Please remember tubes, pump, levers, multitool and also please ensure your bike is in good working order, oiled, lubed, maintained and clean**
See you all Sunday.
From all the team GGCC
