SO ITS OFFICIAL - Spin is BACK!!.....and it will be back with BANG!!
Had final confirmation that we are good to go!
We will post details of the class as we did last year with a full explanation of the class and what's needed on a Monday and also a poll on Facebook for you to respond to - YES or NO
There are brand new bikes this year and there are 25 places for each class so it will be first 25 secure a spin bike!
The post will go up around 7pm each Monday night to give everyone a chance to respond. Can we ask that if you take a space but cant make it for any reason then let us know so your place can be given to another spinner.
Same details as last year and it will be £2 per person per week that will be collected prior to the class, and after wards you have the full use of the facilities. You will get a card for the lockers as you enter and all we ask is that you abide by the rules of the club.
We need to make sure that each week there are a minimum of 10 people attending as this year we must pay a £20 charge for the actual use of the studio and the remainder will go to our nominated charity........so you can spin and also know that you are donating as you go!! :-)
