‎'GGCC - The February Fearsome Spinning Spectacular Class' - Nuffield Health & Fitness / Giffnock - Wednesday 6th February. 

Calling all 'glutens for punishment' - test your power, strength, stamina and endurance at the hardest (and it WILL be the hardest) spin class in Scotland this Wednesday (6th February) at Nuffield Health & Fitness.

The class starts at 7.30pm sharp and spinning lasts for 70 minutes with 20 minutes of cool down and stretching afterwards. The use of the clubs facilities is available after the class - pool, sauna and steam-room. Suggest that for those that can share cars or need directions that you meet under the arch on Glasgow Green (Sunday meet point) at 6.45pm / 7.00pm and make your way from there.

Nuffield operate a card system for the lockers so you will need to be there in time to arrange a card and get changed and up to the studio which is up on the first floor.

Can we ask that as their guests we all adhere to their Health & Safety policies and their club rules and regulations (no matter how hot you get please keep training tops on during class). Also please respect and be aware of the other members of Nuffield.

The class itself is £2 for each session that will be collected before we kick off each class so to help with time can I request that you bring the correct money. 

Each session is on a 'FIRST COME FIRST SERVED' basis to keep things fair and the first 22 will get the places.

**please note - this class will be VERY TOUGH!!!!! and if you leave the class and say / think it was relatively easy......you aint turned the resistance up enough!!......only person you are cheating is yourself!**
