11 Feb 2013

Wednesday 13th February GGCC Club Run - East Kilbride Roundabout Run.

IF THE WEATHER TURNS TOO BAD WE WILL HAVE A SPIN CLASS INSTEAD.

Please check for updates through Tuesday and Wednesday morning/early afternoon.

Its the East Kilbride Roundabout Run so Greenlees Road as the warm up and then onto East Kilbride. We will the work on some group rotation and chain-gang up and down The Queensway before heading back via Castlemilk.

Route Details

Forecast is there may be a chance of snow/rain with temperatures around 3 degrees.

Meet at 6.45pm for a 7pm sharp start at the McDonalds at the end of London Road near the junction of the M74.

We will be splitting as per the new format - steady, challenge and race pace at certain points throughout the ride dependent on the numbers. Each member will get exactly what they want and need from the club run. Please pick your group carefully and remember that Steady is the only group that rides at the pace of the slowest rider. There will be bail out points on this course if you choose one of the faster groups and then choose to drop off the pace.

**PLEASE ENSURE YOU COME PREPARED WITH GOOD LIGHTS FRONT AND REAR** and please remember tubes, pump, levers, multitool.

We look forward to hopefully seeing you.

From all the Team @ GGCC
