GGCC End of Season Club Confined TT - Sunday 8th Spetember

This Sunday is our end of season club confined TT using the A77 course.

There will be a 10 mile 'solo TT' and also a 14 mile 'pairs TT' so please do let us know below which you are interested in so we can do some preparation with regards to the sign on sheets prior to Sunday.

Please meet under the Arch on Glasgow Green for a 8.30 sharp start when you will make your way to sign on at The Malletsheuggh Inn.

As I will be up at sign on making sure everything is ready and Ray is away this week, please can we have a show of hands for nominated ride leaders to be responsible for getting everyone up to sign on, on time.

Proposed agenda as follows - 

1 - meet under the Arch for a 8.30 'roll-out' to the Mattelsheugh where sign on will be located.

2 - arrive at The Mattelsheugh no later than 9.30 for race briefing and sign on

3 - 9.30 - 9.45 sign on and briefing

4 - proposed first TT'er rides at 10am

We will set off the solo TT'ers first and then the pairs who will do a slightly longer course.

The complete course will be marked and we are looking for a few volunteers to be on course as marshal's so please again let us know if you can lend a hand and be a marshal on the day.

At sign on we will collect £2.50 which is your entry fee but also covers you for coffee, tea and a hot roll back at the Malletsheugh where the all important results will be announced and the prizes will be presented.

Weather is to be sunny intervals with a 10mph SSW wind and up at 12 degrees. That means a wee tail wind on the return leg!

We hope that as many GGCC'ers as possible come and enjoy this slightly different format and look forward to the TT fun

**Please remember tubes, pump, levers, multitool and also please ensure your bike is in good working order, oiled, lubed, maintained **
