GGCC Club Ride details for Wednesday 11th December

'SCROOGE'S CHRISTMAS SPIN SPECTACULAR' @ Nuffield Health & Fitness

Its spin this week and there are ONLY 22 BIKES - so the first 22 secure a seat. 

Meet at Nuffields in Giffnock for around 7pm as class starts at 7.30 sharp. The class is for 1 solid hour with a cool down and stretch session afterwards. IT WILL BE INTENSE!

You will get a pass to get in that also works your locker and you can stay on and use the facilities afterwards BUT PLEASE REMEMBER that you are guests of Nuffield so please respect their rules and regulations (no tops off in the spin studio no matter how hot you get)

Please bring £2 as I will collect before the class as we make a charitable contribution with the collection and £2 is a bargain!!

Weather is to be hot and sweaty with loud shouty noises from the front!........there might even be a double sting in the tail just for Christmas! ;-)

Please bring a sweat towel, water and wear comfortable training stuff and cycling shorts are always a good bet. The bike have clip in pedals BUT NOT ROAD CLIP INS - they are SPD or MOUNTAIN BIKE compatible clips ins. If you don't have them then a sturdy paid of trainers as they have toe clips.

FIRST 22 SECURE A PLACE - sorry if you miss out but it will be regular over winter until about March so you will get a chance to suffer.

There will be no groups as ALL GROUPS ARE INTENSE!
