GGCC Club Spin details for Wednesday 15th October 2014

'THE GGCC SPINNING SPECTACULAR' @ Nuffield Health & Fitness

Its spin this week up at Nuffield in Giffnock.

There are 25 BIKES - so the first 25 secure a seat. 

Meet at Nuffields in Giffnock for around 7pm as class starts at 7.30 sharp. The class is for 1 solid hour with a cool down and stretch session afterwards. 
You will get a pass to get in that also works your locker and you can stay on and use the facilities afterwards BUT PLEASE REMEMBER that you are guests of Nuffield so please respect their rules and regulations.

Please bring £2 as I will collect before the class as we pay a fee for the studio and then make a charitable contribution with the reminder so £2 each is a bargain!!

Please bring a sweat towel, water and wear comfortable training kit and cycling shorts are always a good bet. The bikes have clip in pedals BUT NOT ROAD CLIP INS - they are SPD or MOUNTAIN BIKE compatible clips ins. If you don't have them then a sturdy paid of trainers as they have toe clips.


There will be no groups as ALL GROUPS ARE INTENSE!  ;-)
